Mary F. Stewart - Attorney at Law
Mary has been practicing consumer bankruptcy law since 1993. She has worked as a law clerk for two U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judges for the District of New Hampshire –the late, Honorable James E. Yacos, Chief Bankruptcy Judge, and the Honorable J. Michael Deasy. For much of her legal career, she has worked as a solo practitioner specializing in consumer bankruptcy issues, mortgage foreclosure defense and debt collection defense.
Mary is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the American Bankruptcy Institute. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and her law degree with honors from Vermont Law School.
